ROSS partnered with a leading multinational specialising in energy and data transmission systems for mobile and industrial equipment. The project involved the precision injection moulding of conductor rail connectors using client-supplied tooling and a specially formulated polymer material, manufactured to exacting quality, tolerance, and performance standards.
Beyond production, ROSS carried out a full manufacturing efficiency and process optimisation review, analysing tooling performance, cycle times, and automation opportunities. This resulted in improved productivity while maintaining strict quality standards.
Regrind material was evaluated and successfully introduced into production without compromising performance, supporting sustainability goals and cost efficiency.
